ORANTS AI is seeking an engaging and strategic Community Manager to build and nurture a vibrant community around our AI and Big Data products. If you are passionate about connecting people, fostering meaningful interactions, and empowering users to succeed, this is a unique opportunity to shape our brand's relationship with its audience.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive community engagement strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and active online community across various platforms (e.g., forums, social media, Slack/Discord channels).
  • Facilitate discussions, answer questions, and provide support to community members.
  • Identify and cultivate community champions and advocates.
  • Organize and manage virtual events, webinars, and meetups to drive engagement.
  • Monitor community sentiment, gather feedback, and report on key community metrics.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and support teams to address community needs and share insights.
  • Create engaging content for community platforms to drive participation and education.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in community management, social media management, or a similar role, preferably in a tech or SaaS company.
  • Proven ability to build, grow, and moderate online communities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional tone.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to connect with people.
  • Experience with various community platforms and social media tools.
  • Proactive, empathetic, and highly organized.
  • Basic understanding of AI and Big Data concepts is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote environment.
