Salary: Performance-Based (Stipend of ₹15,000 per month will be provided after 1 month for high-performing candidates)

Are you an ambitious and persuasive individual looking to kickstart your career in sales? ORANTS AI is seeking an eager Intern: Inside Sales to join our dynamic sales development team. This internship offers invaluable hands-on experience in lead generation, prospecting, and the initial stages of the sales cycle for our innovative AI and Big Data solutions.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying and researching potential client accounts to build targeted prospect lists.
  • Support the sales team by crafting initial outreach emails and LinkedIn messages.
  • Learn and practice effective cold calling techniques to qualify leads.
  • Help schedule discovery calls and demonstrations for our Sales Development Representatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand sales strategies and product offerings.
  • Contribute to the optimization of our lead generation processes.


Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or a recent graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in sales, business development, and the technology (AI/Big Data) industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident and persuasive demeanor.
  • Goal-oriented and highly motivated to learn.
  • Basic understanding of CRM software is a plus.
  • Proactive, resilient, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
