Role Overview:

We are looking for Social Media Specialist Interns who are highly skilled in managing Instagram growth and engagement. If you’re someone who understands social media strategy, content trends, and analytics, and can back it up with proof of past work, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow Orants AI’s Instagram presence with high-quality, engaging content.
• Use Sprout Social (or similar tools) to plan, schedule, and analyze campaigns.
• Research and apply trending formats (Reels, Stories, Carousels, Polls, etc.).
• Monitor community engagement — respond to DMs, comments, and increase interactions.
• Track performance metrics and deliver weekly analytics reports.
• Bring fresh ideas for campaigns, influencer tie-ups, and brand visibility.

Requirements:

• Strong expertise with Instagram content creation, growth strategies, and analytics.
• Familiarity with Sprout Social (or similar social media management tools).
• Good communication and creative copywriting skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
• Proof of expertise is mandatory: Please share links to accounts you have managed, campaigns executed, or portfolio samples in your application.
