Instructional Designer

Are you a creative learning experience designer with a portfolio of successful courses on Udemy, Coursera, Skillshare, or similar platforms? ORANTS AI is looking for an experienced Instructional Designer to craft world-class digital learning experiences for tech, business, and AI-focused audiences.

🧠 About the Role

We’re building a next-gen knowledge platform at the intersection of AI, entrepreneurship, and remote work. You will lead the design and development of engaging, outcome-driven online courses—from ideation to launch.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

- Design and review course outlines and learning paths aligned to learning outcomes

- Script video lessons, quizzes, and interactive elements

- Collaborate with SMEs, video editors, and marketing teams

- Utilize instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom’s Taxonomy)

- Optimize for Udemy, Coursera, internal LMS

✅ What We’re Looking For

- 2+ years in instructional design or curriculum development

- Hands-on experience in working on EdTech learning materials

- Strong command of instructional design principles & adult learning theory

- Excellent writing & storyboarding skills

- Familiarity with Articulate, Rise 360, Camtasia, or similar tools

- (Bonus) Background in tech, entrepreneurship, AI, or digital marketing

- Must be ready to join immediately

- Must be comfortable with the per-course compensation structure below

- Only apply if ready to work on a part-time contractual basis

💰Compensation Structure (Per Final Content)

- ₹3,000 – Nano Course (20 mins)

- ₹6,000 – Short Course (1–3 hours)

- ₹10,000 – Long Course (5–8 hours)
