Remote: Learning Experience Designer & Video Editor

If you are passionate about simplifying complex concepts through strong visual communication and storytelling, this role is for you.

🚀 What You’ll Do:

• Design instructional content and learning experiences that make complex topics simple, clear, and engaging.
• Edit and produce high-quality course videos with smooth transitions, animations, and visually appealing storytelling.
• Use visual communication principles to enhance learner engagement and retention.
• Collaborate with SMEs and content creators to structure content flow and course outlines.
• Add visual cues, infographics, and on-screen highlights to simplify learning.
• Ensure videos are optimized for clarity, pacing, and learner impact.
• Bring fresh ideas on gamification, interactivity, and storytelling to make courses stand out.

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as an Instructional Designer, Video Editor, or similar role in e-learning.
• Strong skills in video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Camtasia, or similar).
• Understanding of learning design principles (ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy, storyboarding, etc.).
• Excellent visual communication and design sense – ability to convey ideas visually.
• Experience in making educational content engaging and memorable.
• Bonus if you have already created or edited videos related to AI, technology, or data science.
• Attention to detail, creativity, and ability to work independently with tight deadlines.
