About the Role

We are hiring a Senior B2B Sales Manager for our IT staffing division — a key position that directly impacts our business growth. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in IT staffing or recruitment sales, particularly in the US market. You’ll be responsible for acquiring new clients, expanding existing accounts, and driving revenue through consistent performance. 


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients for IT staffing and consulting services
  • Build long-term relationships with US-based clients, MSPs, and vendors
  • Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure timely and quality delivery for client needs
  • Lead outbound sales efforts through calls, LinkedIn outreach, and networking channels
  • Negotiate rates, terms, and agreements to close profitable deals
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline and achieve or exceed revenue targets consistently


Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales within IT staffing or US recruitment
  • Strong understanding of the US staffing process (C2C, W2, 1099)
  • Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and build client relationships
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Comfortable working during US business hours
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle performance-driven goals


Location: Remote (India-based candidates preferred)

Work Hours: US Shift (EST / CST time zones)

Type: Contractual / Freelance (convertible to full-time based on performance)

Compensation: Fixed pay + commission based on results
