Technical Co-Founder / COO / Chief of Staff

About the Role:

We’re seeking a strategic partner who can drive both high-level vision and ground-level execution. You’ll be the right hand to the founders, taking charge of tech, marketing, hiring, delivery, and scaling our platform.


Key Responsibilities:

• Own strategy and execution across technology, growth, and operations.

• Build and lead cross-functional teams: engineering, marketing, sales, and HR.

• Oversee product development, automation, and delivery pipelines.

• Drive platform growth and operational excellence.

• Manage hiring plans and develop a high-performance culture.


What You’ll Bring:

• Strong understanding of AI, SaaS, and digital product ecosystems.

• Experience scaling startups — ideally as an ex-founder or ex-COO.

• Expertise in growth hacking, automation, and project management.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Ability to work remotely, lead distributed teams, and execute with urgency.

• EdTech background is a plus.
