About the Role

As an SDR Intern at Orants AI, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads for our educational programs, IT staffing services, and placement training offerings. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy communication, outreach, and working in a fast-growing AI-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads for AI & tech educational courses (students, professionals, institutions)
  • Identify potential clients for IT staffing and recruitment services
  • Promote placement training programs to colleges, training partners, and individuals
  • Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp
  • Qualify leads based on requirements, interest, and readiness
  • Schedule follow-ups, demos, or counseling sessions
  • Maintain accurate lead data in CRM or tracking sheets
  • Coordinate with sales, training, and recruitment teams

Skills & Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with calling, pitching, and follow-ups
  • Interest in sales, education, recruitment, or AI/IT domain
  • Goal-oriented mindset with willingness to achieve targets
  • Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, Excel, or CRM tools is a plus
